HEALTH TIP 1 DETOXIFICATION:

There are many ways to detoxify oneself. There are many products on the market but the one I like to use is Epsom salt. I like to take an Epsom salt bath or a foot bath. Some people say to use one or two handfuls or a cup of salt. It depends on whether it is a foot bath or a body bath. I use one cup of Epsom salts and bathe for 20 to 25 minutes in warm.water. This should be done twice a week .

HEALTH TIP 2 BACK PAIN:

Heat is one of the best ways to deal with muscle pain. But it does depend on the type of heat you use. There are two types of heat dry heat and moist heat. Dry heat will draw the moisture out of your body. (NOT A GOOD IDEA.) Moist heat will penetrate and help relax the muscle and ease the pain.

HEALTH TIP 3 CASTOR OIL PACK:

The oil that heals. When I have back, arm, neck, or muscle pain I use a Castor oil pack and moist heat to aid the oil in penetrating the cell of the body. Castor oil without heat will work also (I like the heat).
